Beeline Design: Strategic Plan and Slide Deck

Showplace Performance Centre, a volunteer-run venue with limited branding and marketing resources, needed a formal strategic plan to meet grant requirements in 2024.

With minimal input from leadership and working from their basic word mark and grey/burgundy colour scheme, I developed a visually cohesive strategic planning document and matching presentation deck. To create a polished, professional look, I sourced relevant imagery, designed layouts, and applied consistent visual hierarchy to reinforce key messaging.

The final assets helped communicate Showplace's vision and goals clearly to stakeholders and funding bodies, supporting both transparency and brand credibility. The plan document was designed in Adobe InDesign for print and the slide deck was delivered as a PDF to ensure compatibility across devices.
